I can safely say pretending to be German is not a good way to attract women. About all that can be said for it is that it's not as bad as pretending to be Jim Bowen.

Or instead you spend the year talking very loudly about how people bang on about the Battle of Agincourt all the time, but oddly enough never mention the Battle of Castillon in 1453. Nothing to do with the fact that this time the English were comprehensively beaten by the French I'm sure...
