I met the lovely miss_dark for lunch today. I spent the first few minutes of our time together doing a selection of animal impressions. For some reason, she was spectacularly unimpressed by this, and threatened to flick my nose. She gave me a very, stern look and so I didn't do any more.

I was quite proud of my elephant impression, too.

I would just like to point out, in my own defence, that miss_dark and her bf dedbutdrmng are having an, er, discussion which could be subtitled "the suitability of animal impersonations in a modern relationship." See their respective LJs for recent comedy quizzes about this. I was merely giving miss_dark a few minutes in a world where more of her friends impersonated animals. :-)
