The first gig I ever went to was Gary Numan in 1979/80 at the Apoolo in Manchester. It was so exciting - especially as I was so little. 11 in real years and 0 in Jackie Stallone years, my Dad got me a ticket for my birthday and asked a couple of the lads from where he worked to take me. It was top! I didn't go to another gig until I went to see him again in 1984 and it wasn't as good. Marc Almond has been stunning when I've seen him live but the best gig I ever went to was The Cramps at Leeds Uni in 1990 or 91...so much fantastic noise.
